THE LONDON PROJECT

DUBAI MARINA

A beautiful three-story stand-alone venue nestled within the panoramic confines of Dubai Marina, overlooking the widest and most scenic part of the bay.

The London Project Marina is Dubai’s most densely populated expatriate neighbourhood promises to become the hottest new dining hub in Dubai, offering the only alcohol licensed venues at the northern end of the Marina.

BARNABY & THE BOTANIST.

A traditional neighbourhood garden bar and restaurant with a sophisticated yet welcoming casual space and interiors. Enjoy a drink with friends, quality gastronomic pub-style cuisine, live music, and oversize screens for sporting enthusiasts. With an expansive external terrace pavilion perched amongst the yachts, it is the perfect place for a quick one after work, a catch-up with friends or a leisurely weekend lunch followed by sunset drinks.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Barnaby & The Botanist will be the favourite watering hole for the marina residents and their guests and a destination for visitors keen to photograph 5 of the tallest buildings in the world!

OTTTAVIO'S CIRCUS.

The circus comes to town. Playful, vibrant, fun? The youngest of eight Italian brothers and famous trapeze artist, Ottavio brings the theatre of food, drinks, and circus to The London Project Marina. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner- and brunch at the weekend. Joyful and lush by day, funky and vibrant at night, with house-made playlists, cosy but extraordinary.

Start with wood-fired pizza made to order with small plates of local and house-made antipasto. Move on to the flavour-packed pasta, all perfectly cooked in the Jasper charcoal oven. At Ottavio’s, you’ll always have room for dessert with – tiramisu, sorbet and Neapolitan ice-cream sandwich that will transport you to your childhood.

SHANGHAI SUPPER CLUB.

A sophisticated and moody restaurant and cocktail bar specializing in modern Asian cuisine. Where all the classics – barbecue duck, live seafood, steamed and baked dumplings – are served. Discreetly tucked away, our dimly lit whisky den harks back to its fashionable past with rich velvet and haberdashery cupboards. With exclusive and private membership available and a whisky collection, you won’t find it anywhere else.

Early evenings are welcomed with live jazz and transform into a late-night lounge bar with a house DJ. With shisha available on the external terrace, this venue fuses the far east and middle eastern cultures as we take you on a journey through the silk road.

The London Project site is an engineering masterpiece built from concrete with a boat style hull. The result is a stunning three-story floating structure that provides 13.4ksqft of indoor and outdoor space. The London Project is located in a high visibility location where Canary meets Wood Wharf, providing easy access for office workers, visitors and residents.

 

The site’s spatial characteristics, location and catchment area are ideally suited for a multifaceted all-day dining operation with experience-driven content that will become a successful London Project flagship.
